Service Description
We use premium hyaluronic acid fillers which are injected into areas to add volume or reduce wrinkles. With age, collagen, hyaluronic acid and fat diminishes from our faces and our skin becomes looser and more wrinkled. Dermal fillers add back volume to the face and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Most commonly dermal fillers are used in the lips, cheeks and chin and can be used to smooth lines, for example the lines between the nose and mouth and mouth and chin (nasolabial and marionette lines). Dermal fillers contain local anaesthetic already but at Vida Medical and Aesthetics Ltd we also offer topical anaesthetic cream and if required, dental blocks which numb certain areas of the face. We aim to offer optimal comfort whilst undergoing treatments. Dermal fillers last anything between 6-18 months depending on how fast your body reabsorbs the hyaluronic acid, the area treated and the type of product used. We charge depending on the treatment and area but usually per millilitre of dermal filler used. Each individual will have a personalised plan according to their requirements.
Cancellation Policy
A £30 booking fee is required for all appointments. This fee is deducted from the total treatment cost. Ensure your contact details, especially your email, are correct, as most communication will be via email. Booking fees can be applied to treatment on the day. If you need to reschedule, you may transfer the fee to a new date, please provide 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or direct message us if booked via social media. The booking fee is retained for cancellations. LATENESS If you're over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled.please try and give as much notice as possible. NEW PATIENTS Treatments are at Jo and Cara’s discretion. If unsuitable for treatment, the booking fee is retained. We recommend booking a no obligation consultation first. New patients with health conditions, allergies, or medications should book a consultation before treatment. BOTOX REVIEW APPOINTMENTS Reviews are done 2-3 weeks after treatment, no later than 4 weeks. Missed reviews beyond 4 weeks will incur a charge. DISABILITY ACCESS The clinic is on street level and is accessible for wheel chairs. NO SHOWS If you miss an appointment without notice, future bookings must be made via email. Full payment may be required upfront and is non-refundable. REFUNDS All treatments are non-refundable. By booking, you accept these terms and conditions
